Itanagar, June 23 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Arunachal Pradesh, on Tuesday observed Balidan Diwas to commemorate the sacrifice and legacy of Bharatiya Jana Sangh founder Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, remembering his contributions to national unity, education and public service.
