Itanagar, Aug. 26 -- East Siang Police has arrested four alleged drug peddlers and seized 8.26 grams of suspected heroin during an intelligence-based operation under the ongoing Operation Dawn 2.0 in Pasighat, a senior officer said on Wednesday.
The operation was conducted under the jurisdiction of Pasighat Police Station in the 2-Mile area following credible information regarding illegal trafficking of narcotic substances.
A police team led by DySP (HQ) Toni Tatak and SDPO Pasighat Dujom Bagra, along with SI K Tangha and other personnel, carried out the discreet operation.
