Itanagar, Jan. 21 -- The 10th edition of the Pangsau Pass International Festival (PPIF) 2026 was formally inaugurated on Tuesday in Arunachal Pradesh's Nampong along Indo-Myanmar border with much enthusiasm and cultural fervour, marking a celebration of history, heritage and cross-border friendship.

The inaugural ceremony of the three-day festival was graced by Sports & Youth Affairs Minister Kento Jini as the chief guest, while MLA Mutchu Mithi attended as guest of honour. Several dignitaries including lawmakers Thangwang Wangham, Tseten Chombay, Tapi Darang and Hamjong Tangha, ZPC Remjung Jugli, ZPMs and other senior officials were also present on the occasion.
