Nahan, June 24 -- A district-level task force meeting was held on Wednesday in the Deputy Commissioner's office auditorium, chaired by Deputy Commissioner Sirmaur Priyanka Verma, to ensure the success of the Pulse Polio Immunisation Programme.
During the meeting, the deputy commissioner stated that as part of the Pulse Polio Campaign, 61,181 children aged 0 to 5 years will receive polio drops in the Sir Maur district on June 28, 2026. To ensure the successful conduct of this campaign, 538 polio booths will be set up across the district, and in addition to 2,152 booth staff, four mobile teams will also be operational.
