Itanagar, Aug. 28 -- Reaffirming its enduring bond with the local community, the Spearhead Division, under the aegis of Spear Corps, celebrated Raksha Bandhan with students of Government Higher Secondary School, Mebo, in Arunachal Pradesh's East Siang district on Friday.
As part of the celebration, the students tied Rakhis to Army personnel, symbolising the bond of trust, respect and affection between the Indian Army and the local community.
