Imphal, Aug. 30 -- Security forces and Manipur Police carried out a series of intelligence-based operations, cordon and search drives, and naka checks across the state, leading to significant seizures of arms, narcotics, fake products, and the arrest of several individuals involved in unlawful activities yesterday.
During a search operation at Chagem Lokchao, Uyumpok, under Sagolmang Police Station, Imphal East district, security forces recovered one 303 rifle with magazine, two 5.56 INSAS rifles with magazines, and one 9 mm pistol with magazine.
