Dimapur, Oct. 15 -- Kohima DC B Henok Buchem on Thursday launched the Ward-19 App, aimed at improving communication between citizens and ward authorities, facilitating reporting of local issues and enhancing access to information, at Central Plaza in Kohima.
The Ward-19 App is an initiative of Ward-19 councillor Medoviu Martin Suohu under the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC).
It features a grievance portal, developmental gallery, council directory, emergency contacts and notifications to improve communication and transparency.
Addressing the gathering as the special guest, Buchem congratulated the councillor and residentsfor the initiative.
