Vijayawada, March 31 -- Andhra Pradesh Civil Supplies Minister Nadendla Manohar on Tuesday dismissed rumours of shortage in LPG, petrol, and diesel across Andhra Pradesh, urging the public not to panic.

Speaking at a media briefing here, he emphasised that supplies are stable despite global tensions, with daily reviews ensuring seamless distribution.

"Out of 4,510 retail outlets statewide, issues persist at only four due to individual dealer credit problems, not systemic failures. Currently, 2,70,000 cylinders are being delivered without hitches, while petrol supply has risen 2.4 per cent to 7,900 KL and diesel by 8 per cent to 20,000 KL daily. No need for full-tank panic buying as ample stock is available," the Minister made it clear.
