Vijayawada, Feb. 23 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister Kondapalli Srinivas on Monday asked the Telugu people living in Iran to return to Andhra at the earliest, amid the deteriorating law and order situation there.
In a statement here, Srinivas, Minister for MSMEs and NRI Empowerment, asked the Telugu people living in Iran to return to the State following the advisory issued by the Central government. The Minister said that many students, tourists and businessmen of the State are in Iran. As the law and order situation is deteriorating in Iran, all should return to Andhra through whatever means available, he stated.
He said that they should keep their passports, Identity Cards and other immigration documents ready with them to leave the country. ...
