Vijayawada, Feb. 27 -- Andhra Pradesh Minister for Agriculture K Acchennaidu slammed the opposition YSRCP members for disrupting proceedings in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council, asserting that blocking the House undermines democracy.
Expressing deep respect for the Council Chairman position amid coalition tensions, Acchennaidu urged the opposition to engage in evidence-based discussions on issues like adulterated ghee and the Tirumala Laddu controversy, rather than creating chaos.
"The government is fully prepared for debate in the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) for any number of days, even March 4 to 7 on the Tirupati Laddu issue," he stated in a press release here on Friday.
