Vijayawada, Oct. 21 -- Andhra Pradesh Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha and Inspector General of police A Harikrishna today submitted their inquiry report regarding the explosion in a firecracker unit that took place in Konaseema district on October 8, in which 10 people lost their lives.
The Home Minister and the IGP submitted their inquiry report on the reasons that led to a massive explosion in the firecracker manufacturing unit. The Chief Minister directed the officials to extend Rs 15 lakh ex gratia to the bereaved families.
