Chennai, April 21 -- Making a strong pitch for installing a "double-engine government" in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday said the southern states would in no way be affected because of the proposed delimitation exercise and accused the opposition parties of misleading people on the Women's Reservation Bill.
