Vijayawada, Aug. 19 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to intensify search operations to trace the eight fishermen who have gone missing.
The Chief Minister held a virtual interaction here on Wednesday with Minister Atchannaidu and the officials concerned and reviewed the search operations to locate the fishermen from Odalarevu,Dummalapeta and Vasalathippa villages in Allavaram mandal.
The officials informed that the Coast Guard and Marine Police were conducting search operations, while the district administration was continuously monitoring the efforts.
