Chittoor, May 23 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has emphasized the efficient water management and assured the completion of Neeva project works.
Addressing a programme at Yadarri village in Puthalapattu constituency of the district on Saturday, the Chief Minister stressed the need for environmental conservation and responsible water usage.
The Chief Minister asserted that efficient water management helped the State to preserve water resources and improve the groundwater levels, adding that through the Handri-Neeva canal, water has reached the tail-end regions of Rayalaseema.
