Vijayawada, May 9 -- Dr. Ambati Naga Radhakrishna Yadav, Chairman of the YSRCP NTR District Doctors' Wing, has issued a scathing critique of the recent agreement between the APCRDA and Aditya Educational Society for a new medical college and skill university in Nidamarru.
