Vijayawada, Jan. 12 -- The YSRCP NTR District Doctors Wing voiced concern at the recent reports quoting NMC Chairman Dr. Abhijat Sheth himself admitting that to "facilitate permissions" for medical colleges, the previously enforced 42 strict standards/conditions have been relaxed and reduced to just 20. The Doctors Wing has demanded an immediate CBI enquiry into this scandalous relaxation of norms, including a thorough probe into potential bribery, undue influence, and the full extent of quality compromises.
