Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Oct. 23 -- Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the corporate entity of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant (VSP), has resumed production of its prime product ' TMT rebar' from mid-October, increasing the availability of its branded 'Vizag TMT' steel in the market.
The resumption of rolling operations is expected to improve the supply of TMT rebars in various sizes and meet the requirements of customers involved in house construction, Infrastructure development and other construction projects, a release stated on Friday.
Vizag TMT rebars have an established presence in the construction sector, with customers and dealers welcoming their renewed availability.
