Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), March 9 -- Saint-Gobain India Pvt. Ltd. - Gyproc business, on Monday said it has recently commissioned India's first near-net-zero gypsum ceiling tiles manufacturing plant in Visakhapatnam in , strengthening its manufacturing footprint and focus on sustainable construction solutions.
The facility has an annual production capacity of five million square metres and will manufacture Gyprex PVC laminated gypsum ceiling tiles for commercial and institutional applications, the company said in a release here.
The plant supports the Make in India initiative while enabling it to meet the growing demand for high-performance ceiling solutions in the country.
