Visakhapatnam, July 2 -- Hindustan Shipyard Limited (HSL) today announced that retired Rear Admiral C. Raghuram has assumed charge as its Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).
Commissioned into the Indian Navy on November 10, 1989, Rear Admiral Raghuram served for more than three-and-a-half decades, holding key appointments across naval engineering, ship maintenance, strategic planning and leadership, the Shipyard said in a release here.
He was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal (VSM) in 2017 in recognition of his distinguished service.
