Anantapur, Aug. 27 -- The Andhra Pradesh police today took custody of Kothwal Noor Mohammed, who was arrested for maintaining links with the Pakistan-based terror outfits, for questioning.

It may be mentioned here that Kothwal Noor Mohammed was arrested by the NIA and the Police in Dharmavaram town of Sri Satya Sai district on August 17. The court sent him to judicial remand and he was lodged in Kadapa Central prison.

The Sri Satya Sai police moved the court for his police custody to grill him as part of further investigation and to extract more information from him pertaining to his links with terror groups.
