Ongole, July 12 -- An Armed Reserve (AR) constable on a motorcycle was killed after a car hit his two-wheeler here today.
Police said that some of the gynaecologists who had come for a state-level gynaecologists conference were going to a hotel in a car. The driver of the car lost control on the wheel and hit a motorcycle as well as a municipal garbage-shifting vehicle.
The deceased constable, Mariya Das (36), was going on a motorcycle and the car hit his bike, killing him instantaneously. However, no one in the car was injured.
