Tirumala, June 6 -- union Minister for Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal today praised the use of Artificial Intelligence and modern technology in managing pilgrim services at the Tirumala temple.
After having darshan of Lord Venkateswara, he visited the Integrated Command and Control Center (ICCC) at the Vaikuntham Queue Complex, where officials explained its operations.
The ICCC system monitors key services in real time, including room occupancy, devotee movement in queues, laddu prasadam distribution, and hourly pilgrim arrivals.
