Narasaraopet, June 26 -- In a ghastly road accident, four people were killed and nine others injured when the Toofan van in which they were travelling rammed a stationary lorry at Nagaravanam, on the outskirts of Macherla town in Parladu district, in the wee hours on Friday.
Police said that as many as 13 people were going to Pamuru Village from Hyderabad to attend the funeral of their relative. The van rammed a stationary lorry at the rear side, killing KadirI Venkateswarulu, Kadiri Sarada, Satyanarayana and Pidugu Sarada.
