Hyderabad, April 23 -- :Formcer Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu visited the Wadi Surgicals manufacturing facility at the Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone in Visakhapatnam today and appreciated the infrastructure and progress made in medical manufacturing.
Accompanied by AMTZ Founder and CEO Dr. Jitendra Sharma, Naidu reviewed the state-of-the-art nitrile glove production unit and was briefed on its expansion plans.
Naidu expressed satisfaction over the development of AMTZ, recalling that the foundation for the zone was laid nearly a decade ago.
He said the initiative has contributed significantly to strengthening India's capabilities in medical devices and consumables.
