Amalapuram, Jan. 9 -- The blow out at the ONGC drilling site at Irusumanda village of Malikipuram mandal in Konaseema district is still continuing as the officials failed to subside the flames.
The blow out took place on January 5 and since then flames have been erupting from the well. The ONGC official succeeded in regulating the flames but the blow out continues as flames erupt from the well.
The ONGC staff removed the burnt machinery weighing more than 300 tonnes from the drilling site and some more heavy machinery to be removed from the drilling site, sources added.
