Visakhapatnam, June 29 -- A state-of-the-art Police Command Control Room, constructed with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds provided by NTPC Simhadri, was inaugurated at the Visakhapatnam Range Police Office here today.
The facility was inaugurated by Visakhapatnam Range Inspector General of Police Gopinath Jatti, along with Vizianagaram Superintendent of Police Vakul Jindal Damodar, Anakapalli SP Tuhin Sinha, Srikakulam SP Maheshwar Reddy and Marine Police SP K. Sravani.
Speaking on the occasion, IG Gopinath Jatti said the Command Control Room would significantly strengthen the infrastructure of the Visakhapatnam Range Police Office and enable continuous monitoring of law and order across the five districts under the Range.
