Srinagar, March 16 -- Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar on Monday convicted a Patwari in a bribery case sentencing him to two years of simple imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000.
The court also awarded one year of simple imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 5,000 for the offence punishable under Section 161 RPC.
Special Judge Anti-Corruption Court Srinagar, Tasleem Arief Ganie, convicted Bashir Ahmad Dar, of Arreh Mohanpora Kulgam, in a bribery case registered in 2012 at police station Vigilance of Kashmir now ACB.
