Mumbai, Sept. 2 -- Anjali Patil's Tamil film "Selvi" has earned a place at the 31st Busan International Film Festival, where it will be screened in the Vision-Asia section.

The festival has released the trailer of the film ahead of its screening. Produced by Anjali Patil, "Selvi" is one of two Indian films included in this section.

Debutant director Sailesh Ratnakumar's "Selvi" tells the story of a migrant domestic care worker. The film centres on her everyday life, the challenges of her job, and her relationships with the people she cares for.

The movie explores issues such as migration, female friendship, care, labour, dignity, and survival from an Indian perspective.
