Lucknow, Aug. 12 -- Every child has their own pace and needs when it comes to learning. For children with special needs, timely identification, early support and a conducive educational environment can provide a strong foundation for their further education.
With this objective, the Uttar Pradesh Government is further strengthening Anganwadi centres as the initial link in inclusive education.
Along with Anganwadi workers of co-located Anganwadi centres in all 75 districts of the state, pre-primary nodal teachers will also be provided special training.
The training will place special emphasis on topics such as early identification of children with special needs, early intervention, inclusive Anganwadi centres and disability inclusion.
