Vijayawada, June 4 -- : The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet, which met here at the Secretariat at Amaravati on Thursday, approved the establishment of the 'Amaravati Eye', on the lines of London.
Informing the Cabinet decision to the media on Thursday, I&PR Minister K Parthasarathy said that "Amaravati Eye" is a project envisioned as a giant observation wheel to be constructed in Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. Modeled after London's renowned 'London Eye,' the CRDA has proposed building this structure along the banks of the Krishna River.
