Patna, Oct. 25 -- Mokama MLA Anant Singh on Sunday hit back at the JD(U) leadership following his expulsion from the party for six years, saying he had no regrets over the action and that the people would ultimately decide his political future.
Speaking to reporters, Singh said people are the ultimate authority in a democracy and would decide who is right and who is wrong in the controversy that led to his expulsion.
Asked who was responsible for the action against him, Singh said he is not aware of the specific information but suspected that a leader within the party might have been behind the decision. He added that he is unconcerned about the action taken by the party leadership.
