Jakarta, June 5 -- World No. 1 An Seyoung eased into badminton's Indonesia Open semi-finals with a two-game win over Pornpawee Chochuwong of Thailand here.

A night after rolling over PV Sindhu, the top-seeded An went through 21-19, 21-11 to take her head-to-head record against Chochuwong to a phenomenal 12-0 on Thursday.

In the last four, the Republic of Korea star will face Tokyo 2020 Olympic champion Chen Yufei, who beat home crowd favourite and sixth-ranked Putri Kusuma Wardani 21-13, 22-20, according to olympics.com.

Chochuwong, the seventh seed here, kept it close in the opening set, even leading 13-12 at one point. But An went on to win the next six points, which proved to be an advantage too much for Chochuwong to overcome.
