Bidar, March 7 -- Karnataka Minister Priyank Kharge on Saturday hit back at allegations of phone tapping in the state, saying union Home Minister Amit Shah should be asked about the issue and challenged union minister HD Kumaraswamy to produce evidence to support his claims.

Responding to the allegations while speaking to reporters here, Kharge said, "Whether phone tapping is happening or not should be asked to Amit Shah. HD Kumaraswamy should provide evidence about phone tapping.
