Chennai, March 24 -- Amid rising shortage of LPG cylinders in view of the ongoing conflict in the West Asia Region leading to shut down of several hotels and restaurants ane even tea shops across the country, Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President M K Stalin on Tuesday had a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his remarks asking people to be prepared for the impacts of the West Asia warand asked him whether he was ready to protect the people.

In a long tweet, he sought to know who needs to be prepared, either the union government or the people of the country and also asked whether the Centre was ready to protect the people.

He also asked whether the Prime Minister is ready to protect the people.
