Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- Fans of actor Allu Arjun have taken up an awareness initiative on HPV vaccination through the Allu Arjun Fans Association (AAFA), organising around 820 programmes across eight states and union Territories and reaching more than three lakh girls.
Under the campaign, around 820 programmes were organised in eight states and union territories and more than three lakh girls were made aware about HPV vaccination. According to AAFA, these programmes organised in Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Odisha and Andaman and Nicobar Islands aimed at increasing awareness about the importance of HPV vaccination and prevention of HPV related diseases.
