Prayagraj, June 10 -- Allahabad High Court has ordered a judicial inquiry headed by retired Justice Arun Tandon in the case of the death of advocate Jagriti Shukla, who was injured in a road accident and later died during treatment.
The order came after the Allahabad High Court heard two public interest litigations. The court directed doctors to end their strike and directed that there would be no arrests of doctors.
The court also directed lawyers not to go on strike or block roads. The order was given by a division bench of Justices Salil Kumar Rai and Swarupama Chaturvedi here on Wednesday.
The next hearing in the case will be on July 27.
