Prayagraj, Oct. 29 -- Allahabad High Court has given interim relief to 2 accused in the Bareilly violence today.
Accused Nadeem Khan and Bablu Khan received significant relief from the Allahabad High Court as the court granted an interim stay on the arrest of the two brothers until the charge sheet is filed.
The case was heard by a double bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra .
The two absconding accused have approached the Allahabad High Court to avoid arrest.
On September 26, both brothers were accused in the Bareilly violence and were avoiding arrest.
The petition was filed by the accused brothers in the Allahabad High Court seeking a stay on their arrest and the quashing of the FIR.
