Prayagraj, March 24 -- Allahabad High Court continued the interim relief granted to ASP Anuj Chaudhary and inspector Anuj Tomar on registration of FIR in connection with the Sambhal violence.
The matter was heard by a Single Bench comprising Justice Samit Gopal on Tuesday.
The case is regarding the Sambhal Court's order to register an FIR against police personnel, including the prominent ASP Anuj Chaudhary.
A hearing was held on the petition filed by ASP Anuj Chaudhary and Inspector Anuj Tomar.
The Court extended the interim stay previously granted to the petitioners-Anuj Kumar Chaudhary and the then-Inspector of Kotwali, Anuj Kumar Tomar.
