Prayagraj, Nov. 5 -- The Allahabad High Court has admitted the petitions filed by a death row convict in connection with the murder of Amit Kashyap in Meerut. The court has fixed December 14 as the next date of hearing in the case.
The hearing was held before a division bench of Justices Salil Kumar Rai and Padma Narayan Mishra.
An appeal has been filed in the Allahabad High Court against the death sentence and the conviction.
