Prayagraj, Jan. 30 -- The Allahabad High Court has scheduled the next hearing in the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah Mosque dispute in Mathura for February 20.
Justice Avneesh Saxena's single bench is hearing the case, which involves 18 petitions filed by the Hindu side seeking possession of the land, claiming the Shahi Eidgah Mosque is an encroachment.
Fifteen of the 18 suits have been consolidated, while three, Suit Nos. 3/2023, 10/2023, and 17/2023 remain separate.
