Prayagraj, May 1 -- Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi received major relief from the Allahabad High Court on Friday as the court rejected a petition seeking an FIR against him.
A single bench of the High Court Justice Vikram D Chauhan dismissed the petition filed against Rahul Gandhi.
A petition was filed seeking an FIR against Rahul Gandhi for his statement made on January 15, 2025.
Earlier, the High Court had reserved its decision after hearing the petition on April 8.
