London, June 2 -- Alexandra Eala is back on tennis' grass courts in style.

The Filipina marked her first victory of the grass season with a masterful 6-0, 6-2 over Priscilla Hon at the Birmingham Open on Tuesday.

The top seed for the women's singles event, the Filipina sailed through the first set against her no.94-ranked Australian opponent in just 22 minutes, before confidently wrapping up the second,according to olympics.com.

The 21-year-old bounced back from a difficult loss in the doubles draw on Monday, when she and partner Nikola Bartunkova fell to a narrow defeat to British duo Harriet Dart and Maia Lumsden.
