Bengaluru, Nov. 13 -- The Al-Falah University in Haryana's Faridabad has come under simultaneous administrative and criminal scrutiny - one from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for misleading accreditation claims, and another amid the ongoing investigation into the November 10 Red Fort blast in Delhi, which claimed a dozen lives.

The NAAC, an autonomous body under the University Grants Commission (UGC), has issued a show cause notice to Al-Falah University for publicly displaying false accreditation details on its website.
