New Delhi, Nov. 9 -- Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday extended warm birthday wishes to Bihar's young leader Tejashwi Yadav, dubbing him the state's beloved 'Nokri-Nayak' and hopeful future Chief Minister. In a series of posts on his WhatsApp channel, Akhilesh also launched a blistering attack on the BJP and the Election Commission of India, accusing them of orchestrating electoral malpractices and sidelining honest officials.
