Prayagraj, Aug. 1 -- Uttar Pradesh Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh has hit out at Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav for his "anti-dalit mindset" which had become evident by his opposing the Yogi Adityanath government's decision to rename Bhadohi as Sant Ravidas Nagar.
Talking to mediapersons here on Friday, he stated that Akhilesh Yadav was responsible for renaming Kannauj's Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Medical College and the district of Sant Ravidas Nagar to Bhadohi. Akhilesh Yadav has always worked against Dalits, he alleged.
