New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- Akasa Air, India's fastest-growing airline, inducted its 34th aircraft into its fleet on Monday, marking its third aircraft addition in under two months since the start of the year.

The aircraft, a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 bearing registration VT-YBL, arrived at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru after completing a multi-leg delivery flight from Everett, Seattle, with stops in Keflavik, Iceland, and Larnaca, Cyprus.

Purpose-built to Akasa Air's specifications, the new plane features the Safran Z200 seats, a next-generation seating solution designed to enhance passenger comfort. Each seat offers a 4-inch recline, ergonomically contoured backrests, and enhanced cushioning.
