New Delhi, June 23 -- National Security Adviser Ajit Doval on Tuesday warned that traditional global institutions are increasingly inadequate to address "non-traditional security challenges," rising conflicts, and emerging security threats, calling for greater cooperation among BRICS nations.
Welcoming the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the United States and Iran, Ajit Doval opened the 16th BRICS National Security Advisers' Meeting in New Delhi, saying the development would strengthen global energy security.
