New Delhi, March 7 -- Airlines have issued travel advisories and planned additional flights to assist passengers amid the volatile situation in parts of West Asia.
In a statement, IndiGo said it understands that many customers are still trying to reach their destinations and reunite with their families.
The airline said that over the past few days, its flights have helped many passengers reconnect with their loved ones, though some journeys remain incomplete.
To support affected travellers, IndiGo said it will operate flights to five destinations in the Middle East on today (March 7), subject to prevailing safety conditions and regulatory approvals.
