Mumbai, July 31 -- Air India Limited, SkyDrive Inc, which develops and manufactures eVTOL aircraft, as well as Suzuki Motor Corporation issued a joint statement today saying that they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to conduct a joint feasibility study on the use of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for medical air logistics in India.
According to the statement, India's major cities face severe traffic congestion, creating significant challenges for time-critical medical logistics.
