Patna, Dec. 26 -- AIIMS Patna has achieved a significant national recognition by securing 3rd place in its category among Central Government Hospitals and Institutes across India under the Kayakalp Scheme for the year 2024-25, a flagship initiative of the Government of India.
According to a release of AIIMS, the Kayakalp External Assessment evaluated Central Government health institutions on key parameters including hospital cleanliness, sanitation and hygiene, infection control practices, nursing services, biomedical waste management, round-the-clock service provision, availability of resources, and effective boundary demarcation.
